This quote is an attestation of how a positive mindset has contributed to my achievements and career growth over the past 9 years. I joined TLScontact when I was 19 with no specific career goal in mind. The company growth opened great opportunities that shaped me professionally and led me to a role I enjoy doing every day.
As I jump from one amazing opportunity to another within TLScontact, it hasn’t always been easy for me to adapt to new roles and responsibilities. I am grateful that there are great leaders in the company who helped me overcome my insecurities and cope with every new challenge that I faced.
The company has also provided great training opportunities tailored to help me develop my professional skills and carry out my day-to-day work to a high standard.
My Mission
“What do I know about Technology?”
This was the first question that came into my mind when I was asked to join the Technology Department back in 2014. For me, Technology back then was all about codes and the geeky stuff, something I was not particularly confident taking on.
The Technology Department is composed of strategic thinkers who take a commercial approach to formulating technology solutions to solve business problems and then go on to manage the process of bringing these solutions. It is a great opportunity to work with this dynamic team, which allows me to step out of my comfort zone, test myself and learn new things everyday.
