Mobile kits can allow service providers to offer biometric enrolment at the location of an applicant\u2019s choosing, as is the case with our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tlscontact.com\/en\/insights\/customer-experience\/improving-customer-experience-in-visa-services-with-apply-anywhere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Apply Anywhere<\/mark><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0service.\u00a0We have also rolled out self-service biometric kiosks at centres across the United Kingdom, under our Visa &amp; Citizenship Application Services (VCAS) contract with the UK Home Office.\u00a0Ultimately, such\u00a0kiosks could be installed in\u00a0secure\u00a0locations, outside\u00a0the formal setting of a\u00a0visa application centre. Biometric capture could also be carried out via smartphone, although challenges\u00a0remain\u00a0around\u00a0data quality and fraud prevention.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Visa services are moving step by step towards greater digitalisation, combining advanced technology with a strong focus on user needs. The future of visa processing will be shaped by a balance of&nbsp;<strong>\u201c<\/strong>high tech\u201d and \u201chigh touch\u201d&nbsp;approaches: secure,&nbsp;innovative digital platforms supported by dedicated, customer-focused personnel.
