Following the second global survey organised by our parent company Teleperformance, TLScontact has achieved Great Place To Work\u00ae certification in 34 countries, representing 80% of our workforce. These results take us one step further towards our ambition of achieving Great Place To Work\u00ae certification in all eligible locations worldwide.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s Great Place To Work\u00ae survey took place in June, with 300,000 employees from the Teleperformance group and its subsidiaries invited to take part. Once again, participation from TLScontact employees was particularly strong, with a response rate of 84%<\/strong>, up from 80% in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TLScontact achieved Great Place To Work\u00ae certification in 34 countries<\/strong>, out of a total of 37 eligible locations this year. These countries are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Albania, Algeria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, France, Gabon, Germany, Ghana, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Morocco, the Netherlands, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Poland, Serbia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These certifications, which represent a significant improvement on last year\u2019s total of 22 countries, cover 80% of our workforce.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Great Place To Work\u00ae research, representing more than 12 million employees annually, in over 90 countries, the key factors that define a great workplace are employees\u2019 trust in management, their pride in what they do and the quality of their relations with their colleagues. The Great Place To Work\u00ae Trust Index Survey™ includes 60 questions on these key topics, organised around five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
