In 2025, it has achieved this prestigious certification in 35 countries out of 37 eligible, representing 89% of its total global workforce.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s Great Place To Work\u00ae survey took place in June 2025, with TLScontact employees providing their feedback alongside over 260,000 employees from across the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tp.com\/en-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">TP group<\/mark><\/strong><\/a> and its subsidiaries.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once again in 2025, there was strong participation in the survey, demonstrated by an <strong>89% response rate<\/strong>. Results were also very encouraging, with TLScontact achieving <strong>Great Place To Work\u00ae<\/strong> certification in <strong>35 countries<\/strong>, out of 37 countries eligible.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Countries certified Great Place To Work\u00ae in 2025<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>TLScontact achieved Great Place To Work\u00ae certification in the following countries:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Algeria, Armenia, Cambodia, Cameroon, China, Egypt, France, Gabon, Ghana, Indonesia, Italy, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Kosovo, Lebanon, Madagascar, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Philippines, Portugal, Rwanda, Senegal, Serbia, South Africa, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, UK, USA, Vietnam.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With these results, <strong>89<\/strong><strong>%<\/strong> of TLScontact employees today work in a <strong>Great Place To Work\u00ae certified location<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the survey, <strong>Gabriele Piva, CEO<\/strong> said:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cAt TLScontact we put our people first because they are the ones who deliver outstanding performance and customer service.
