Today, we\u00a0operate\u00a0over 70 centres on behalf of the French authorities, on four continents.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The inauguration ceremony took place\u00a0in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Walid\u00a0Fouque, Ambassador of France to Uzbekistan.\u00a0The centre\u00a0opening follows the award of a new contract\u00a0to TLScontact\u00a0in 2025 by the French Embassy in\u00a0Tashkent. For the first time, the Embassy has chosen to outsource\u00a0all the administrative aspects of the visa application process to an external service provider, while\u00a0retaining\u00a0full responsibility for reviewing and deciding on all visa applications.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>New procedure and additional services to support applicants<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Under this agreement,\u00a0TLScontact\u00a0will manage key stages of the application process, including appointment booking through a dedicated\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/visas-fr.tlscontact.com\/en-us\/country\/uz\/vac\/uzTAS2fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>website<\/strong><\/mark><\/a>, document collection, and biometric enrolment for both short-stay and long-stay visas for France. The\u00a0new\u00a0centre will be open Monday to Friday, and a\u00a0dedicated call centre will also be available five days a week to\u00a0assist\u00a0applicants with their queries.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u00a0range of optional services\u00a0will be available to applicants,\u00a0designed to enhance convenience and support throughout the process.\u00a0Services include\u00a0<strong>Prime Time appointments<\/strong>\u00a0available outside standard opening hours\u00a0and access to a\u00a0<strong>Premium Lounge<\/strong>\u00a0offering a more personalised and exclusive experience. Applicants will also be able to\u00a0benefit\u00a0from\u00a0our\u00a0<strong>Full Application Assistance<\/strong> service, which provides support with completing the France-Visas online application form and preparing the required supporting documentation. In addition, an\u00a0<strong>Express Courier Return<\/strong> service will allow\u00a0them to receive their passports securely by courier once their application has been processed, without having to make a second visit to the centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Expanding our global footprint<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;new&nbsp;centre is conveniently&nbsp;located&nbsp;close to the French Embassy in&nbsp;Tashkent&nbsp;and has been designed in line with&nbsp;the Group\u2019s global&nbsp;standards for quality,&nbsp;security&nbsp;and accessibility. A new local team has been recruited and trained to&nbsp;operate&nbsp;the centre. They have been&nbsp;supported by experienced colleagues from across our global network to ensure a smooth launch and the delivery of high-quality services from day one.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the inauguration,&nbsp;<strong>His Excellency Mr. Walid&nbsp;Fouque, Ambassador of France<\/strong>, said:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThe opening of this visa application centre will contribute directly to exchanges between our two countries.
