TLScontact is proud to announce the launch of its first visa application centre for the Czech Republic, in Bangkok, Thailand. This milestone marks the beginning of our partnership with the Czech Republic, following the award of a new visa outsourcing contract in June 2025.
TLScontact has been operating in Thailand since 2010. To accommodate Czech visa customers, we have added dedicated counters within our existing Bangkok centre, where we already manage visa applications on behalf of Belgium, France and Portugal. Our new Czech facilities will handle short-stay Schengen visa applications, working closely with the Czech Embassy in Thailand. Applicants will submit their supporting documents and carry out their biometric enrolment at our centre, before applications are submitted to the Czech Embassy for review.
Two months from contract award to opening
The timeline was very tight, with only eight weeks to prepare for opening. Our teams therefore worked around the clock to ensure that every aspect of the operation was ready to welcome customers. A new website went live at the beginning of August, enabling applicants to register with TLScontact, and book appointments quickly and conveniently. A dedicated call centre opened at the same time, and is available 10 hours a day, Monday to Friday to provide assistance and answer queries, ensuring that applicants receive comprehensive support throughout the process.
Additional services for an optimised customer experience
Our Bangkok centre offers a range of added value services designed to enhance the application experience. These include:
- A Premium Lounge, offering a comfortable and private environment during the submission process.
- Prime Time Appointments outside standard office hours and at the weekend, providing flexibility for applicants with busy schedules.
- Our Apply Anywhere service, which allows customers to submit their visa applications from a location of their choice, for maximum convenience.
