Our objective is to achieve Great Place To Work® certification in all eligible locations by 2025, covering 90% of our total global workforce.

We run an annual E.Sat employee satisfaction survey, covering all our workforce. Participation is typically very strong: the participation rate in our 2022 survey was 85%. We then put in place action plans to address issues at both the local and global level.
