In my current role, I support day-to-day operational activities across our global network, ensuring that technical incidents are resolved quickly and that all systems run smoothly to keep our business operating efficiently. 

As I now support many countries, what stands out to me is the variety of cultures, the international environment and the diversity within the company.

Since joining TLScontact in 2017 as a fresh graduate, I have been given countless opportunities to develop my professional skills across multiple fields. From starting as Operations  Manager to my current role as Centre Manager, managing over 40 employees, I have gained experience in operations management, in-depth knowledge of the visa business, strategic thinking, and office and people management.  

What I value most at TLScontact is the constant evolution of our operations. Every day brings new situations to manage, new processes to refine, and new ways to improve the experience we deliver. This continuous momentum has been a real source of motivation, pushing me to grow, adapt, and develop a broader operational perspective over the years. 
 
One of my most memorable moments was supporting the opening of new centres in the Philippines, spending over two months abroad, learning about a new culture, and sharing my knowledge and experience with the local teams.

My journey with TLScontact began in August 2022, when I joined as HR Generalist for Portugal, following five years in the HR department at TP Portugal. Since then, I have progressed to the role of Head of Corporate People, managing all HR-related topics for our corporate teams across Europe. These responsibilities have enabled me to strengthen my expertise in HR processes while actively contributing to enhancing both employee and applicant experience.

A particularly meaningful milestone was hosting the 2023 HR Seminar in Lisbon, which brought together HR professionals from across the organisation to exchange perspectives on the future of human resources at TLScontact.  

Beyond coordination and leadership responsibilities, my role has allowed me to actively support employee well-being, with an increasing focus on mental health initiatives. TLScontact’s strong commitment to care, collaboration, and continuous learning has made this experience deeply rewarding, both professionally and personally.
