Every employee’s opinion matters

We run an annual E.Sat employee satisfaction survey, covering all our workforce. Participation is typically very strong: the participation rate in our 2022 survey was 85%. We then put in place action plans to address issues at both the local and global level.

Since 2019, I have had the opportunity to explore a couple of roles at TLScontact and in October 2022, I was promoted to Call Centre Supervisor, taking on new responsibilities.

After starting as an agent, I moved to the Technology department in the Service Desk team and then back to the Operations department as Supervisor for the call centre. I feel delighted and energised about all the possibilities that the company has offered to me.
