Over the past 3 years, the total of certified countries went from 22 to 47 countries today. This certification enables us to consistently deliver training and development opportunities and demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ wellbeing.

Women represent 63% of our workforce and 37% of our senior leadership. Our objective is to increase that percentage to more than 40% by 2025.
