TLScontact certified Great Place To Work® for the fifth year in a row 

TLScontact is proud to announce that it has once again been certified as a Great Place To Work®. In 2025, it has achieved this prestigious certification in 35 countries out of 37 eligible, representing 89% of its total global workforce. 

This year’s Great Place To Work® survey took place in June 2025, with TLScontact employees providing their feedback alongside over 260,000 employees from across the TP group and its subsidiaries.  

Once again in 2025, there was strong participation in the survey, demonstrated by an 89% response rate. Results were also very encouraging, with TLScontact achieving Great Place To Work® certification in 35 countries, out of 37 countries eligible.  

Countries certified Great Place To Work® in 2025 

TLScontact achieved Great Place To Work® certification in the following countries:  

Algeria, Armenia, Cambodia, Cameroon, China, Egypt, France, Gabon, Ghana, Indonesia, Italy, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Kosovo, Lebanon, Madagascar, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Philippines, Portugal, Rwanda, Senegal, Serbia, South Africa, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, UK, USA, Vietnam. 

With these results, 89% of TLScontact employees today work in a Great Place To Work® certified location.
