TLSCONTACT OUVRE DEUX NOUVEAUX CENTRES DE VISAS FRANÇAIS EN AFRIQUE SUBSAHARIENNE

We are delighted to announce a significant expansion of TLScontact’s operations in Sub-Saharan Africa, with the opening of two new visa application centres for France in Nairobi, Kenya, and Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. These centre openings mark another important milestone in our growth strategy, strengthening our presence on the African continent and increasing our global visa outsourcing footprint for France.

TLScontact has been operating in Kenya and Tanzania since 2014, already providing visa services for Belgium, Germany, and the United Kingdom. We are now introducing visa outsourcing services for France as well, with state-of-the-art facilities and an efficient processing system, to support France in providing a smoother customer experience for visa applicants.

NEW CENTRES IN NAIROBI AND DAR ES SALAAM

Already operating in 21 countries for the French government, TLScontact will now serve visa applicants in Kenya and Tanzania, where France is today outsourcing the collection of visa applications for the first time. In addition, the proximity to Somalia will enable Somalians to apply from our Nairobi centre.

Our new centres in Nairobi and Dar Es Salaam both open their doors this week and will be open five days a week. Our local teams are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, with a range of services designed to optimise the visa application process. These include express courier return of passports at the end of the application process, a premium lounge for more comfort and convenience, and prime time appointments outside standard working hours. We will also offer our Full Application Assistance service to applicants who need support preparing their application.

Bilal Diaa, Zone Manager, states that ‘We are delighted to be strengthening our presence and operations in Sub-Saharan Africa, with our visa centres in the region playing an instrumental role in the enduring connection and exchanges with France. With years of experience, our highly skilled teams are more than ready to serve visa applicants to France, and we look forward to welcoming them.’
