The Community pillar reflects TLScontact’s unwavering resolve to create a positive impact in the communities where we operate. Our philanthropic initiatives extend beyond monetary contributions and include in-kind donations and Corporate Volunteering programmes such as Citizen of the Planet and Citizen of the World. By engaging with local communities, we aspire to foster a spirit of collaboration and shared progress.
This is very much a collective effort, involving a dedicated network of CSR Ambassadors across our organisation. Selected from our local teams, these Ambassadors work closely with our Head of CSR to identify and support critical local causes that would fulfil their local communities’ needs. This grass-roots approach helps to ensure that our CSR efforts meet local needs, while also aligning with our group CSR strategy.
We have established clear and transparent procedures for making donations to appropriate causes. Our aim is to ensure that our contributions are channelled effectively and responsibly.
