Social Value

Under the Social Value pillar, we tackle challenges such as modern slavery and champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) throughout our organisation. With a strong commitment to occupational health and safety, we ensure the well-being of our workforce while fostering a healthier and safer environment for all.

UN sustainability principles

Our parent group, Teleperformance, is a signatory of the UN Global Compact. We uphold the Ten Principles of the Global Compact and incorporate them into our strategies, policies and procedures, to ensure a culture of integrity and respect.

We also integrate the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into our business strategy, with a strong emphasis on Goal 8 Decent work and economic growth and Goal 10 Reduced inequalities. We do so by offering decent jobs, social protection and security in the workplace to several thousand people, including from those vulnerable communities, across over 90 countries.

Human Rights

We provide comprehensive training to our staff on labour and human rights, fostering a culture of awareness, respect, and responsibility. Our stance on modern slavery is unequivocal, and our comprehensive Modern Slavery Statement and Plan sets out the steps that we are taking to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in any of our supply chains.

Health & Safety

We maintain a robust Health and Safety Policy and Plan to safeguard the welfare of our workforce and stakeholders, emphasising prevention and continuous improvement. We continually invest in health and safety training programmes to ensure a secure working environment and reduce the risk of work-related illness or injury.

Diversity & Inclusion

We organise training and awareness-building activities on diversity, equity & inclusion, supported by our TLS Women initiative and our Training Unit to promote stronger diversity and gender equality throughout our organisation. We are proud to be recognised as a Disability Confident Committed Employer in the UK, demonstrating our dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace that welcomes and accommodates individuals with disabilities and supports them to realise their full potential. We also aim to apply the key elements of this certification worldwide across all our offices and centres.
