TLScontact takes pride in being certified as a Great Place To Work® for the fourth time. This year, 47 countries out of 52 eligible received the certification.
In May 2024, TLScontact employees were invited to take part in the Great Place To Work® survey together with more than 200,000 employees from its parent company Teleperformance and its subsidiaries.
The number of certifications has significantly increased since 2021 when TLScontact was first certified Great Place To Work®. Over the past 3 years, the total of certified countries went from 22 to 47 countries today. These countries are as follows:
Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodia, Cameroon, China, Congo, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Gabon, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Indonesia, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kosovo, Lebanon, Lithuania, Madagascar, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Norway, Philippines, Portugal, Romania, Rwanda, Senegal, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, UAE, United Kingdom, Vietnam.
Participation in our Great Place To Work® survey has been remarkable this year, with a 92% response rate. This demonstrates the interest and dedication of our employees worldwide.
