TLScontact has once again been recognised as a Great Place To Work®, reflecting its commitment to promoting employee engagement and a positive workplace culture across its global network.
In June 2026, TLScontact employees were invited to take part in the Great Place To Work® survey, for the sixth consecutive year, alongside more than 400,000 employees from our parent company TP and its subsidiaries. The survey provides employees with the opportunity to share their views on their workplace experience, trust in leadership and company culture.
Following completion of this year’s survey, 35 countries out of 37 eligible received the Great Place To Work® certification, representing 95% of eligible countries and 99% of our total workforce. The survey achieved a 73% response rate, reflecting the participation of employees across TLScontact’s international operations.
The certified countries are as follows:
Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Cambodia, Cameroon, China, Egypt, France, Gabon, Indonesia, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Madagascar, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Portugal, Senegal, Serbia, South Africa, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Uganda, United Kingdom, USA, Uzbekistan, Vietnam.
This renewed Great Place To Work® certification reflects TLScontact’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a satisfied, committed workforce across its international network. This contributes to organisational resilience and supports the consistent delivery of high-quality administrative support to applicants, on behalf of its government clients.
Great Place To Work® is a global organisation that assesses workplace culture and employee experience through confidential employee surveys and an evaluation of company practices. Organisations that meet its standards can earn Great Place To Work certification, demonstrating that employees consistently report a positive, trusting and inclusive workplace experience.
