We recently inaugurated our new visa application centre for the Czech Republic in Yerevan, Armenia, marking the expansion of our partnership with the Czech authorities and increasing access to Czech visa services for applicants in Armenia. These new operations are a further illustration of our commitment to delivering secure, efficient and customer-focused visa services for governments and applicants worldwide.
This new contract will see TLScontact deliver its full suite of visa application services in Armenia on behalf of the Czech authorities, including online appointment booking, biometric enrolment, document collection and verification, passport return, and call centre support for visa applicants.
The new centre strengthens our existing partnership with the Czech Republic and follows the successful launch of Czech visa operations in Bangkok, Thailand last year, further demonstrating our ability to deploy consistent and reliable operations across different markets and operating environments.
Ensuring operational readiness
Preparatory work was carefully structured to ensure a smooth launch. Experienced staff supported the setup of the new operations and the centre was established in line with the operational, security and service requirements defined by the Czech authorities, helping ensure a consistent and reliable visa application process for applicants.
Applicants will benefit from a range of additional services, including document pre-check, SMS notifications and form filling assistance.
