TLScontact recently opened a brand new visa application centre for France and Belgium in Amman, Jordan. France is outsourcing the visa application process for the first time in Jordan, while TLScontact has represented Belgium in Jordan since 2021.
Our local teams will be processing Schengen visa applications for France and Belgium, managing the administrative aspects of the application process on behalf of the local French and Belgian diplomatic missions.
The new centre opened its doors on November 6 and welcomes visa customers five days per week, offering a full range of visa services, including the service “Apply Anywhere” that gives customers the option to submit their visa application at a location of their choice in Amman and Al-Aqaba.
The new centre in Amman has been designed according to the new TLScontact branding and architectural guidelines which aim to transform the customer experience and give our centres a more personalised feel. In addition, the centre is located in a prime location in Amman, with two entrances from two different streets to improve accessibility for applicants.
Rima Aljawabra, Operations Manager for the Middle East and Turkey and Amman Centre Manager, says, “This centre opening was marked by strong collaboration internally, as our colleagues from Lebanon were involved in the training of our new agents. We have also maintained clear communication with our clients throughout, our main objective being to listen to them and make sure that we go above and beyond requirements and expectations.”
During the inauguration ceremony on November 5, First Secretary and Deputy Head of Mission for Belgium in Amman, Jean-Ludovic de Lhoneux, said, “I’m delighted to participate in the inauguration of the brand new offices of TLScontact in Amman, which are ready to welcome visa applicants for Belgium in the best conditions. These new premises perfectly reflect the professionalism and constant care given by our partner to the quality of service for visa applicants for Belgium in Jordan. We look forward to continuing the excellent cooperation.”
The opening of this new centre further expands TLScontact’s presence in the Middle East. It will be followed by new centre openings and refurbishments in the region in early 2024, allowing us to improve customer experience for visa applicants through closer proximity and enhanced premises across the Middle East.
